The Montrose Auto Group is proud to announce its participation in the Wounded Warriors Family Support “High Five Tour 2015” at both Montrose Ford in Fairlawn and Montrose Ford-Lincoln in Alliance.
The High Five Tour is a 48-state trip across America to rally Americans to say “thank you” and show their appreciation to our country’s military families for their sacrifices. The tour also raises funds benefiting wounded warriors and their families through the “Mobility is Freedom” Program.
Through “Mobility is Freedom,” Wounded Warriors Family Support has pledged to provide 100 mobility-equipped Ford Explorers and/or Ford F-150s to combat-wounded veterans who are paralyzed or have lost both of their legs. These vehicles, which will be converted to hand-controlled operation, will provide wounded veterans with the freedom to live a productive and quality life with their families.
The High Five Tour will visit Northeast Ohio on Thursday, July 23rd with stops at Montrose Ford-Lincoln in Alliance at 11am and Montrose Ford in Fairlawn at 4pm. Additionally, both Montrose locations will begin a fund raising campaign within their service departments to accept donations in support of the “Mobility is Freedom” campaign. Simply elect to pledge $1 on your next service visit and help raise the needed monies towards the purchase of a mobility-equipped Ford vehicle for a wounded veteran.
